My name is Jonathan.

School, university, job, marriage , kids and now THE BIG ONE – Jonathan’s 50th birthday is looming. Jonathan Halstead (an actuary by day, and a cyclist by profession) feels the call of the wild and decides to prove that he is not ‘over the hill’ by setting himself the challenge of mountain biking through the Spanish Sierras. After nearly 3,000 km of travel and 67,000 m of ascent, and countless gin & tonics, he succeeded. If you’ve always dreamed of doing something similar, then this is the inspiration you need.
