Now the idea is starting to mature in my head (like cheese left in a warm room). I have chosen Spain as my target location: warm, I speak some of the language, the mountains are awesome, the bars are OK (not as good as Swiss, better than USA). I’m going for a round-trip following the seasons: Sierra Nevada in Spring before it gets too hot Up the east cost in May & June (West is wet in spring according to the Met Office) Pyrenees & Picos in summer. Down the Portuguese hills in Autumn. Bonza. What can possibly go wrong? Now I just need to choose the bike to go on.
